No Refund or Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
We have a strict no refund and no return policy. All items purchased from Vesstore are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind" or if you have selected the wrong size or product.
Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us at harly.vesien@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof of the issue.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns or refunds for any items, including sale items or gift cards, unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds (Defective Items Only)
If your return for a defective item is accepted, we will notify you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
